Anaheim Coves is a 26-acre riverfront ecological park and trail system along the Santa Ana River. Opened in phases by 2015, it transformed a former water basin into public open space with loops for walking and biking. Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate was utilized for the park’s pedestrian trail surfaces. These trails traverse native habitat zones and scenic overlooks while ensuring minimal runoff into the adjacent river channel.
