Angel Park and the Magical Garden is a creative art park in North Philadelphia’s Fairhill neighborhood, reimagined by the Village of Arts and Humanities and opened in 2023. What was once a network of vacant lots is now vibrant gardens and play spaces connected by accessible paths. Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate was employed for the pathway system that links murals, mosaic sculptures, and a performance stage, allowing rain to soak through and reducing flooding.
