Chinbrook Meadows in southeast London is a community park transformed by a river restoration and flood alleviation project. Following the daylighting of the River Quaggy, enhancements were made to park pathways and access. Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate was introduced on riverside footpaths and in rain garden areas to create stable, permeable walking surfaces. These OLSA paths enable locals to stroll along the re-naturalized stream without mud or washouts, even after heavy rain.
