Covey Ranch Trail is a 1.5-mile recreational loop in Wasco, California, developed to provide public access to nature in a formerly agricultural area. The trail’s pathways are surfaced with Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate, creating natural-looking, compacted gravel routes that are easy to walk and bike. By using OLSA, the trail designers achieved a durable surface that resists erosion on the flat, dry terrain and remains dust-free even under Central Valley conditions. The stabilized aggregate is permeable, allowing rare rainfall to soak in rather than puddle.
