At Shanghai Disney Resort, an outdoor amphitheater was constructed with audience terraces and circulation paths stabilized using Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate. The amphitheater’s seating levels are surfaced in a golden decomposed granite blend bound with OLSA. This provided a firm, cohesive footing for large crowds while maintaining a natural, sand-colored look. The stabilized aggregate terraces drain quickly after frequent rains, avoiding puddles on the seating steps.
