Silo Park on Auckland’s waterfront is an award-winning public space where old silos and docks were converted into a park and events venue. In its Phase 2 expansion (completed 2022), Organic-Lock Stabilized Aggregate was used for pedestrian zones and event spillover areas to complement existing hardscape. The OLSA paving provides a flexible, permeable surface that supports temporary installations without permanent paving and fits the post-industrial aesthetic.
